Individual Golfer: $70
Includes golf, cart, lunch, beverages, range balls, & prizes.
Gold Level Exclusive Hole Sponsor: $400
Includes golf, cart, & lunch for foursome, recognition in all printed materials & on our website indicating gold level exclusive sponsorship.
Silver Level Hole Sponsor: $100
Provides recognition in all printed materials & on our website indicating silver level sponsorship.
Gift Sponsor
Anyone who contributes gifts/prizes for the tournament will recognized in all printed material & on our website.
Friends of the Tournament
Anyone wishing to contribute any amount will be mentioned in written material & on our website.
Other Fees
Mulligan’s will be offered at the rate of 2 for $5. These will be available for purchase on tournament day or pay with your registration.

Why do we have a Worship Arts Ministry Mission trip?
The tour provides the opportunity to share the love of Christ through music and ministry in various areas of the country, meeting both physical and spiritual needs.

Tournament Format
Florida Scramble
Prizes will be awarded to the First and Second place winning foursome in each flight. There will also be prizes and other gifts for participating golfers.
