“And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the Lord your God.” (Deuteronomy 28:2). These past couple of months I’ve learned that God will reward those who remain faithful to him despite of the season that they’re in; whether the season is high or low. When we follow the will of God, it’s our job to sacrifice and to live out the calling of God, and in return he will always fulfill the promises he has over our lives. Pastor Tyler always says “many of us are focused on the harvest and not on the seed; when the word says to be focused on the seed and not the harvest. “We get to a point in our lives where we do all of the prepping for the harvest and we plant the seeds that we are wanting to see grow, but then we get to a place of realization that it’s God’s job to do the rest. The problem is we want to plant the seed and also do God’s job. Sometimes God will allow you to stumble along the journey so you can realize that only God can to do Godly tasks in our lives.

The truth that I stumbled upon is that God’s wanting to bless us but he also wants us to be patient and diligent in the season. If he was to give us all of the blessings that he has for us, it would destroy us and make our ministries and dreams come to an end because it would be too much for us to handle. But in Psalms 65:9 the word says “You take care of the earth and water it, making it rich and fertile. The river of God has plenty of water; it provides a bountiful harvest of grain, for you have ordered it so.” Be patient in the Lord and watch as the blessing in your life unfold; be a great steward of what you have right in front of you and God will bless you with the more.

Prayer: Lord, let our prayer be to always have patience and trust in You no matter what the season holds. Help us to be good stewards of everything that you have placed in front of us. Thank you for what You are doing in us. Amen.

Continue to pray for the hearts that are coming to GT Worship Conference.
